Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Perform secretarial and administrative duties of a highly confidential nature for senior staff executives. Provide intuitive judgment and relieve the executive of administrative details, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, preparing special reports, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the firm. Use technical and business vocabulary and apply a detailed knowledge of firm operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Make independent decisions regarding the planning, organizing, and scheduling of work within established guidelines.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED.  Associates Degree or BS preferred.   3+ years of experience in an executive administrative role preferred. Experience with Microsoft Outlook calendar. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. HS diploma or GED.  Candidate should have the ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment and be able to schedule complex international and domestic travel arrangements. Candidate must possess excellent client handling skills and have excellent oral and written communications.  Ability to work cooperatively with others and to work under pressure of deadlines and customer demands required.  Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds, sit and type for extended periods and to twist, bend and stretch.  Must be able to perform duties at the Company's offices.
